• Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the products you choose, and the text you add to your portrait.
• Your photos: the pet photos you upload to create your portrait.
• Payment: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Email sign up: your email address if you join our list.
• Technical data: basic information your browser shares, such as device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To create your portrait, send your proof, make your order, and deliver it.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To send marketing emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
• To keep our website working, secure, and easy to use.

Your pet photos

We use your photos only to create and fulfill your order. We never sell your photos, and we never use them or your portrait in our marketing without your permission. We keep order photos for up to 12 months so we can help with reprints and questions, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only as much as they need. These include our website and checkout platform, our photo storage provider, our payment processor, our email providers, and the print and shipping partners that make and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work without them.

Your choices and rights

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
